Opening of the National Eucharistic Revival
The Archdiocese of Indianapolis invites you to attend the Eucharistic Revival kick-off on June 19, 2022, from 1:00-6:30pm. This exciting day will feature masses at 1:00pm (English) and 3:00pm (Spanish, French), a family festival with food and service, and a Eucharistic procession along the streets of downtown Indianapolis ending with Adoration. Events will take place at the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul (1347 Meridian Street, 46202), the Archbishop Edward T. O’Meara Catholic Center (1400 Meridian Street, 46202), and St. John the Evangelist (126 W. Georgia Street, 46225). Additional information can be found at www.eucharisticrevivalindy.org.
La arquidiócesis de Indianápolis lo invita a que participe en el inicio del Avivamiento Eucarístico, el cual se celebrará entre la 1:00 p. m. y las 6:30 p. m. del 19 de junio de 2022. En este día emocionante habrá misa a la 1:00 p. m. (en inglés) y a las 3:00 p. m. (en español y en francés), un festival familiar con comida y servicios y una procesión eucarística por las calles del centro de Indianápolis, la cual culminará con una adoración eucarística. HELP OUR NEIGHBORS IN NEED AS PART OF THE EUCHARISTIC REVIVAL LAUNCH!!
On June 19, as part of the Festival of Family, Faith and Service, volunteers will pack bags of hygiene care items to be distributed to those in need in the communities served by our archdiocese. You can be part of this service project by donating hygiene care items at OLG over the next 2 weeks. Drop these donations in the bins at the church doors from this weekend through 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 19, or at the Evangelization Booth at next weekend’s OLG Festival. Some needed items: toothpaste, toothbrushes, bar soap, deodorant and body powder. You can also take hygiene items to the Eucharistic Revival launch on the 19th, and then volunteer to help pack the bags. It is a family-friendly service project! More information will be in next weekend’s bulletin.
¡AYUDA A NUESTROS VECINOS NECESITADOS COMO PARTE DEL LANZAMIENTO DEL RENACIMIENTO EUCARÍSTICO!
El 19 de junio, como parte del Festival de la Familia, la Fe y el Servicio, los voluntarios empacarán bolsas con artículos de higiene para ser distribuidos a los necesitados en las comunidades atendidas por nuestra arquidiócesis. Usted puede ser parte de este proyecto de servicio mediante la donación de artículos de higiene en OLG durante las próximas 2 semanas. Deje estas donaciones en los contenedores en las puertas de la iglesia desde este fin de semana hasta las 10 a.m. del domingo 19 de junio, o en el puesto de evangelización en el festival de OLG del próximo fin de semana. Algunos artículos necesarios: pasta de dientes, cepillos de dientes, jabón en barra, desodorante y polvo para el cuerpo. También puedes llevar los artículos de higiene al lanzamiento del Avivamiento Eucarístico el 19, y luego ser voluntario para ayudar a empacar las bolsas. Es un proyecto de servicio para toda la familia. Habrá más información en el boletín del próximo fin de semana.
