Our Lady of the Greenwood Blood Drive

On All Saints Day, we will roll up our sleeves and partner with the Indiana Red Cross. The Red Cross has over 135 years of experience providing humanitarian aid including more than 75 years of supplying blood to those in need.
Did you know
- The Red Cross needs to collect more than 13,000 blood donations and more than 2,500 platelet donations each day.
- The blood collected by the Red Cross is used by patients in hospitals and other healthcare facilities throughout Indiana.
- Every two seconds someone in America needs blood, from trauma victims to cancer patients or to mothers giving birth to premature babies.
- 84% of blood donations are given at blood drives.
There are many ways you can help, but most importantly we hope you will donate blood on the 1st of November. Visit RedCrossBlood.org, type in the box titled: find a blood drive – ourladygreenwood. Or align your cell phone camera over the blood drive poster bar code below on the right. You will be directed to the scheduling calendar. Choose a donation time between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm before or after the Mass you typically attend.
